I'm doing the Body Revolution.
I started the last week of May and have actually stuck with it.
(I have to do Cardio today soooo... that streak may end. I hate the cardio DVD.)
It is effective.
It is easier than the 30 Day Shred, only because she isn't shoving Cardio down your throat while doing strength exercises.
I borrowed the DVDs from my sister-in-law who is borrowing them from my mother-in-law.
I'm only on Phase one.
I feel like it is working. I'm already seeing improvements in my arms, and basic arm strength.
I'm not doing like... a diet or anything with it. Just exercise.
I'll let you know how it goes.
