This morning at work I saved a kitten who had crawled up into a customers vehicle.
She was in the drive thru and we could hear the kitten meowing through the speaker.

The lady didn't give a shit either. We were like, "We can look for you."
"Nah, I might drive to my husband's work to see if he can find it. But I've got to get to Grand Rapids so I'll probably just go from here."
WTF?! You have a scared animal trapped under or in your car somewhere and you don't care?
So we basically made her pop her hood to look for it but we couldn't find it. We were pretty upset when she drove away. Good thing I was watching her out the window because as she turned out of the parking lot onto the road a tiny kitten bailed out of the back of her SUV.
I busted out the door after it screaming "HERE KITTY KITTY!!!!" It actually came to me and I scooped it up. It was all dirty and scared. I couldn't put it down. I brought it inside and held it until it's little heart stopped beating so hard.

It's owner came back looking for it. She just like... grabbed it from me with one hand like a child would and was like, "Yeah I'm just gonna leave this in So-and-So's yard. Hopefully it is there when I get back."
No good deed goes unpunished.
We should have stolen that kitten.
This week has been nuts.
